Core tracking, focus tools, goals, and local insights run inside the browser. Data is only sent to an external service when you voluntarily email support.

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly local aggregates
  • Focus mode settings, allowlists, blocklists, and reminder state

2. Data only sent when you email support

  • The website and extension only share what you choose to write in your email

  • We do not append extra hidden text on your behalf

3. Data we do not actively collect

  • Page body content, typed text, search keywords, file contents, or form body content
  • Cookies, other extension data, or local computer files
